Sidney E. Lacey, a native Houstonian. He is the Managing Director for Lacey Newday Consulting, LLC (LNC) located in Houston, Texas for 17 years.  He has over 20 years of increasing responsibility in corporate finance and management in the oil and gas industry, at Shell, Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E), and Hess. 
 

In summer 2006, Sidney founded Lacey Newday Consulting, LLC (LNC) with a mission to assist public and private clients to manage and execute the business process automation, providing health and welfare benefits advisory as well as accounting/financial operations solutions. These services allow organizations to effectively manage their business risk and increase efficiency.
 

Sidney’s passion is providing high-quality education for underserved students. He is a mentor in the University of Houston Bauer School of Business MBA program and serves as Board member of UH Health Family Care Center. He is a mentor, volunteer and fund raiser at The Nehemiah Center School and attends church at Sacred Heart Co-Cathedral. Sidney serves as a Board member at the Rotary Club Harrisburg-Houston and a Board member of Arms Wide adoption services. He is also a Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus. Sidney continues to be a very active alumnus of The University of Houston Bauer School of Business where he graduated cum laude in the inaugural Honors Program class.
